Q1 : How long shall we get quotation after sending out RFQ ?

   A1:Jinc offer will be provided to you in 24 hours after receiving the drawings of RFQ.

Q2: Can you quote base on 3D drawings ?

  A2: Yes, we can.
         3D format  we can accept STEP/IGES/x_t etc,it's better to provide STEP drawings to us.
         Please provide us the material,surface finish,quantity of each part you need,and 2D drawings provided if any sizes need to be tight tolerance.

Q3: How about the lead time of our machining needs ?

  A3: The general delivery time is 15~21 days, special lead time 5~7 days for your urgent case,also it depends on how many quantity will be ordered.

Q4: Is there better payment terms for us?

  A4: T/T and Paypal are acceptable, (50% deposit, 100% paid before shipment when you received pictures of all your machining parts).

Q5: We worry about the quality issues when we paid 100% payment ?

  A5: We would like to rebuild the reject parts if it’s real our problems, or money returned back to you if you want to cancel your order.

Q6: Do you handle any surface treatment works?

  A6: We send out to subcontractor to do the surface treatment and heat treatment.

Q7: Can you provide material COC report and dimensions inspection report?

  A7: Yes, of course. The material certification and QA inspection report will be sent with your machined parts, or sent to you by e-mail.
